In her presentation, our guest, Ms Leiding-Mushapaidze, introduced the profile, career prospects and application procedure for a job at the Foreign Ministry. In fact, she didn‘t have to, because the federal authorities regularly receive numerous applications from all over Germany. So why did a representative of the Foreign Office come to us of all places?
The Foreign Office regards GPB College as one of the leading schools in foreign language correspondent training, especially with the comparatively rare offer of Asian languages within our programme. The demands on applicants for the Foreign Service in terms of linguistic and administrative skills are high and the successful graduates of our language classes mostly meet them. This is the greatest recognition a vocational training college could wish for.
